Service Use Agreement
Overview
Prior to engaging with any features or services offered by PrimeNexusGate, please read these Terms of Use (referred to as the “Agreement” or “Terms”) with attention. By entering or using the platform, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these Terms. They regulate all digital services supplied by PrimeNexusGate, including web pages, online applications and mobile interfaces. Any form of activity—such as viewing pages, uploading information or utilizing tools—serves as confirmation of your consent to this Agreement.
Access to the PrimeNexusGate website (the “Site”) and its available functions is granted on the condition that you observe these Terms along with our Privacy Policy, which may be revised from time to time. Users are encouraged to review both documents carefully before proceeding with any use of the Site.
Intellectual Property & User Permissions
Every element available on the Site—texts, graphics, videos and other materials—remains the property of PrimeNexusGate or is displayed with proper authorization. These assets are legally protected. You are permitted to view and use the Site strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, redistribution, alteration or public presentation of any material without prior written approval is not allowed. The use of automated extraction tools, crawlers or attempts to bypass security mechanisms is prohibited. Users must also ensure that their actions do not infringe upon the rights of other intellectual property holders.
Service Terms and Disclaimers
Services provided by PrimeNexusGate operate on a prepaid basis. The shortest subscription cycle is one month, with alternative plans of 3 and 12 months available. After activation, subscriptions cannot be suspended, terminated or reimbursed, even if they remain unused. PrimeNexusGate does not grant compensation for technical difficulties or access limitations. PrimeNexusGate does not maintain a fiduciary or advisory relationship with users. We are not accountable for how the Site is accessed, how content is interpreted, or for outcomes resulting from user decisions. Certain materials may be unsuitable for some audiences. All services and information are delivered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without guarantees of any kind, including quality, suitability for a specific objective or non-infringement. Continuous availability, absence of errors, protection from harmful code and confidentiality of transmissions cannot be assured. Users are advised not to transmit sensitive information through the platform.
Subscription and Refund Policy
All offerings require advance payment. Available plans include one-month, three-month and twelve-month periods. Once initiated, subscriptions are final and cannot be halted or reimbursed. Responsibility for utilizing the service within the chosen period rests with the user. PrimeNexusGate does not issue refunds or compensation related to accessibility or performance concerns. Limitation of Liability
PrimeNexusGate
, including its management, staff, directors and partners, shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from:
-Mistakes or incomplete information within content
-Injury or material damage connected to use of the Site
-Unauthorized entry to servers or stored records
-Interruptions, malfunctions or service outages
This applies to all forms of claims, regardless of legal basis, even if PrimeNexusGate had prior awareness of possible instability. Users accessing the platform from other regions must ensure adherence to their local legal requirements.
User Indemnification and Accountability
By utilizing the Site, you agree to protect and hold harmless PrimeNexusGate and its related parties from any demands, damages or expenses resulting from:
-Inaccuracies or gaps within provided content
-Harm linked to Site usage or external linked pages
-Unauthorized access to systems or personal data
-Technical disruptions affecting services
PrimeNexusGate holds no responsibility for materials generated by third parties, including offensive or unlawful content. Users accept the exposure connected with such materials. These provisions apply to the fullest scope permitted by law, and individuals connecting from external jurisdictions do so under their own responsibility.
Indemnification Obligations and User Responsibility
Users commit to indemnify PrimeNexusGate and associated entities from claims originating from:
-Their activity on the Site or submitted materials
-Breaches of these Terms or assurances made by the user
-Violation of third-party rights, including ownership and privacy
-Damage caused to others through user contributions
PrimeNexusGate reserves the right to manage exclusively any matter requiring indemnification and expects the user’s full collaboration. This duty remains in force even after account termination.
Changes, Modifications and Content Control
PrimeNexusGate may revise these Terms at its discretion. Continued interaction with the Site signifies acceptance of any revisions. The platform also retains the right to alter, suspend or remove content or functions without prior warning and without liability.
Severability and Waiver
If any section of these Terms is deemed invalid by a competent authority, it will be adjusted only to the extent required to remain enforceable, while all other sections will stay in effect. Any decision by PrimeNexusGate not to enforce a specific right does not represent a waiver of other rights now or in the future.
