Resolving Differences

When a disagreement connected to this Agreement occurs, both sides agree to first seek a cooperative solution through constructive dialogue. If no settlement is achieved, the issue may be forwarded to private arbitration under the ICC ADR framework. The proceedings will be led by one appointed arbitrator, carried out in the English language, and hosted in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines or in another mutually accepted venue. The ruling delivered by the arbitrator will be definitive and enforceable. This arbitration route represents the only authorized channel for dispute settlement.

Protecting Your Account

You are solely accountable for maintaining the security of your account credentials and access details. PrimeNexusGate bears no liability for any harm, misuse, or transactions carried out without authorization due to insufficient protection of your login information.

Ensuring Accurate Information

During the enrollment process, you undertake to submit information that is correct, full and current. When acting for a company or other legal entity, you affirm that you possess the necessary authorization to commit that entity to the terms of this Agreement.

Data Privacy and Complaint Procedures

PrimeNexusGate handles personal data in line with the standards described in our Privacy Policy. Any grievances, conflicts or service-related concerns may be submitted to our Complaints Department via complaints@PrimeNexusGate.com

for assessment and appropriate action.
